Tomorrow is the first Fundraising Thursday for our student clinic!

Each month we will donate all proceeds from our Thai Yoga Massage student clinic to a charity of choice.  Tomorrow we are benefiting Sewall Child Development center.

Why are Yogis flocking to learn Thai Yoga Massage?

Simply put the name gives it away.  However, there is more to it than that.  Not only does Thai Yoga Massage use some of the same postures found in Yoga (Pigeon, Figure 4, and Frog) but it also incorporates breath and facilitates body awareness.  This ‘Lazy Man’s Yoga’ is beneficial for all body types  and like a yoga practice is able open and transform the body, mind, and spirit allowing for relaxation and invigoration.

Join us for a fun, furry, fundraising event! Piper and Hillary will be leading us through an hour of Thai Yoga Massage followed by a yummy restorative yoga practice (CoreRestore). This is a partner class but you don’t have to bring one along!!

Proceeds will go to Dumb Friends League and the Doberman Rescue of Colorado.

We are nearing the end of the first 320 hr Western program here at Denver Integrative Massage School.  Most of the students will be taking the remaining 3 Levels of Thai Yoga Massage starting in April.   So much more to learn and so much fun!!Several of the students have already completed Thai training and will move on to take the exam and complete certification requirements.

With just over 2 weeks left they are wrapping things up in Anatomy and Physiology and moving onto business plans and final reviews.  It has been an amazing few months together and at this point the students all feel like family and know that they will remain that way even after graduation.
